Dhanwanthari Vaidyasala, named after Lord Dhanwanthari, the god of Ayurveda, is one of the most established places of Ayurveda in Kerala. The firm was conceived in the mind generally Vaidyan C. N. Namboothiri who built up Dhanwanthari Vaidyasala in the year 1933 and spearheaded the idea of regulating Ayurvedic marketing and treatment in Kerala. Dhanwanthari presently is an Ayurvedic company with interests in medicine manufacturing, treatment, research, and development. The organization has a system of 350 sales outlets and undeniable treatment focuses in numerous areas of Kerala, aside from partners in different states.
Dhanwanthari Vaidyasala had around 50 branches and in excess of 100 organizations. Its zone of activity included Madras, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Salem, Erode and Kanyakumari Dt. as right on time as in the 1960s.
